Responsibilities
- 01Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipment.
- 02Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen appliances, including ovens, dishwashers, cooking ranges, refrigerators, and other related equipment.
- 03Maintain laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, ironing machines, and pressing equipment.
- 04Conduct regular inspections to identify potential faults and prevent equipment breakdowns.
- 05Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment emergencies.
- 06Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities comply with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
