Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar hospitality role, preferably at a luxury resort
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
- Sound knowledge of Front Office operations and property management systems
- Ability to multitask, work independently and collaborate in a multicultural team
- Previous experience with LQA, Forbes or other recognised service and hospitality quality certifications would be an added advantage
