Requirements
- Previous F&B service experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Certificate or diploma in Hospitality or F&B Service is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of food, beverages, service standards and dining etiquette.
- Naturally engaging personality with a passion for personalised hospitality.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene and dietary requirements.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic billing procedures.
