Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury resort or upscale hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, people management and team development skills.
- Sound financial acumen with good knowledge of budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent communication, organisational and guest relations skills.
- Strong passion for Food & Beverage trends, service excellence and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Previous exposure to LQA standards or Forbes-rated properties will be an added advantage.

- 01Provide strategic leadership and direction to all Food & Beverage operations.
- 02Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, cost control, inventory management and revenue optimization.
- 03Lead menu planning, promotions, themed events and innovative dining concepts.
- 04Ensure consistent service standards, food quality and compliance with brand SOPs.
- 05Develop and mentor F&B teams through training, performance management and succession planning.
- 06Maintain strong guest engagement, including VIP relations, while ensuring sustainability and operational compliance.
