Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior engineering role, preferably in a luxury resort.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
- Strong experience in budget planning, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Solid understanding of sustainable engineering practices and the unique challenges of operating in a tropical climate.

Responsibilities
- 01Oversee operations and maintenance of the power plant, reverse osmosis plant, sewage treatment plant, and related equipment.
- 02Develop and implement strategic plans for the resort's engineering operations, including maintenance, renovations, and new projects.
- 03Ensure the upkeep and proper functioning of guest and service areas.
- 04Develop and manage the engineering department budget.
- 05Recruit, train, and lead engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- 06Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of the swimming pool, including water treatment and filtration.
- 07Manage inventory and maintain an organized system for tools, materials, and equipment.
