Requirements

Responsibilities
- 01Oversee staff accommodation, conduct monthly room inspections and coordinate maintenance of staff areas and facilities.
- 02Supervise staff housing attendants and the Imaam, maintain attendance records and carry out accommodation inventories.
- 03Plan and organize staff sports, recreational activities, birthdays and events within approved budgets.
- 04Ensure staff recreational facilities and equipment are safe, well maintained and accessible to all team members.
- 05Maintain employee records and support work permits, reference checks, flight bookings, boat passes and accommodation arrangements.
- 06Assist employees courteously, maintain confidentiality and prepare HR reports within required deadlines.
- 07Manage equipment, snorkeling gear and life-jacket records, supplies and departmental costs; maintain safe operating standards.
