- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in 5-star luxury resorts or hotels, preferably with international brand exposure
- Current or previous experience in a branded luxury resort in the Maldives will be a significant advantage
- Professional culinary qualification or degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and culinary trends
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse kitchen team
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure while maintaining high culinary standards and consistency
