Requirements
- Minimum 02 years experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel
- Strong knowledge of worldly cooking philosophies and principles with a good foundation in global cuisines
- Extensive experience and knowledge of Asian/Western/Indian cuisine and In Villa Dining
- Familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety standards
- A strong interest and a willingness to learn and grow within the field
- Team-oriented, reliable, and positive in attitude
- Holds a Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred)
