Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in Chinese cuisine preparation and presentation, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel…
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine, including traditional cooking methods, ingredients, seasonings, and flavour profiles.
- Proficiency in Chinese cooking techniques, including stir-frying, wok cooking, steaming, deep-frying and sauce preparation.
- Sound understanding of HACCP principles, food hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.
- Holds a Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Good command of English communication.
