Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Front Office leadership role within the hotel industry, preferably with a 5-star or ultra-luxury brand
  • Proven experience in Butler Operations, Guest Relations, and Front Office Operations within a luxury resort environment
  • Strong guest service orientation
  • Fluent communication skills in English
  • In-depth knowledge of Front Office operations in luxury resorts with familiarity in LQA / Forbes standards
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a remote island or Maldives setting
