Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel setting
- Familiarity with reservation systems such as Café Booker, SevenRooms, or similar software
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent knowledge in Materials Control & HR Fusion system is added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across departments and with guests
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage reports, records, reservations, and departmental documentation
- Service-driven, discreet, and adaptable, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of LQA and HACCP standards is a plus
