What you would do
- Support the Manager, Housekeeping in the overall management and daily operation of the Housekeeping Department.
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring the effective allocation of manpower and resources.
- Monitor room status, housekeeping productivity, room turnaround, and daily operational requirements.
- Plan and coordinate daily assignments, work schedules, deep-cleaning activities, and special cleaning requirements.
- Ensure the effective implementation of SOPs, policies, brand standards, and departmental procedures.
- Monitor housekeeping service standards throughout the guest journey and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular toolbox meetings, briefings, training sessions, and on-the-job coaching for housekeeping colleagues.

- Monitor linen and uniform inventory, quality, handling, storage, and distribution to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Support internal audits, quality inspections, brand audits, and sustainability initiatives relevant to the Housekeeping Department.

- 3-5 years of relevant housekeeping experience in a luxury 4/5-star hotel or resort, including executive-level experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, coach, and motivate a multicultural team.
- Excellent guest relations, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy with good knowledge of OPERA Cloud, Microsoft Office, and relevant hotel systems.
- Strong organisational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently, make sound operational decisions, and take responsibility when required.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, disciplined work ethic, and strong teamwork.
