What you would do

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
• Maintain dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, flatwork ironers, steam equipment, presses, and other laundry machinery.
• Maintain kitchen equipment including ovens, combi ovens, fryers, grills, mixers, and exhaust systems.
• Perform routine inspections and servicing to minimise equipment downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete assigned work orders.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.

What they are looking for

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical, Mechanical or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintaining commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
