What you would do
- Handle reservations, amendments, and cancellations with accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage special requests and upsell services to guests
- Process room inventory, rates, and booking information
What they are looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel reservations
- Prior exposure to cluster or multi-property operations preferred
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and reservation systems
- Strong understanding of room inventory, rates and booking processes
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) across email, phone and other platforms
- Customer-focused with ability to upsell services and manage special requests
- Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills with positive team-oriented attitude
