What you would do
- Clean and maintain guest villas and assigned areas according to set standards and procedures
- Ensure all rooms are well-maintained, organized, and presentable at all times
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Replenish guest supplies and amenities
- Deliver guest clothes for washing to Laundry and return them
- Comply with resort's health, safety and hygiene policy
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks according to service standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints politely
What they are looking for
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional guest service
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural and fast-paced environment
