About the role
A Transfer Agent working at the Soneva Airport Lounge coordinates travel arrangements and manages bookings to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.

What you would do
- Coordinate seaplane, domestic flight and speedboat transfers for guests and hosts.
- Process transfer bookings, amendments and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare passenger manifests and verify travel details, schedules and passenger allocations.
- Liaise with airlines, airport teams and resorts to ensure seamless transfer arrangements.
- Monitor transfer movements and communicate delays, schedule changes and operational updates.
- Respond promptly and professionally to transfer enquiries and special requests.
- Maintain accurate booking records and support daily operational reporting.
What they are looking for
- Previous experience in reservations, transfers, airport operations or a related field.
- Experience in Maldives resort operations or aviation-related operations is an advantage.
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of transfer operations, airline bookings and passenger manifest management is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organising and time-management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Good computer skills and the ability to work effectively with operational systems.
- A proactive, guest-focused attitude with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
