• Degree or higher qualification in Hospitality Management
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in ultra-luxury resorts, including senior leadership exposure
• Results focused leader with presence and credibility to guide Executive Committee and Department Heads
• Demonstrates ability to deliver Forbes Five-Star standards or equivalent
• Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for revenue and profitability
• Experience leading high-performing multicultural teams in remote island environments
• Proven ability to lead teams in designing and delivering highly personalised guest journeys for ultra-high-net-worth clientele
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages, particularly Russian, are highly advantageous
