About the role

An experienced Marketing and Communication Manager is sought to join Finolhu, a luxury resort in the Maldives, developing integrated marketing campaigns and managing brand communication.

What you would do

• Develop integrated marketing campaigns and enhance brand visibility
• Drive effective communication across all channels
• Oversee content creation

• Work closely with key departments

What they are looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or business administration
• Minimum 2 years' experience in PR/Marketing/Communication in a luxury resort environment
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and plans
• Highly proficient in spoken and written business English
• Skilled in digital marketing tools, analytics, social media, CMS/CRM systems, and basic design software
• Demonstrated teamwork, productivity, and a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong project management skills and ability to maintain brand consistency
