- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel
- Proven experience in fine dining or à la carte restaurant service
- Familiarity with reservation systems such as Café Booker, SevenRooms, or similar software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of LQA and HACCP standards is a plus
