What you would do
- Coordinate daily operations
- Develop engaging creative concepts
- Lead the team
- Plan and execute creative activities, events and guest experiences
- Ensure high-quality and innovative experiences for guests
What they are looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar creative or leadership role, preferably within hospitality
- Strong creative, leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in planning and coordinating creative activities, events and guest experiences
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail
