What you would do
- Supervise daily kitchen activities and ensure food quality and consistency
- Train and develop the kitchen team
- Maintain updated recipes and menus
- Uphold the highest hygiene and safety standards

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a high-volume kitchen
- Strong culinary, leadership, and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
