About the role
A Learning Manager position at Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa, a luxury resort on a secluded private island in the far south of the Maldives.

What you would do
- Design, implement and evaluate training programmes that align employee skills with organisational goals
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop competency-based learning solutions
- Run department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards
- Measure training effectiveness and learning outcomes
- Work independently whilst collaborating with department leaders and operational teams
What they are looking for
- University degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or Hospitality/Tourism management
- Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Learning Manager (Assistant Training Manager) or Training Executive in Hospitality Industry
- Proven experience in designing, implementing and evaluating training programmes
- Strong presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills
- Ability to run department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure training effectiveness and learning outcomes
