What you would do

• Design, implement and evaluate training programmes that align employee skills with organisational goals
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop competency-based learning solutions
• Run department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards
• Measure training effectiveness and learning outcomes
• Work independently whilst collaborating with department leaders and operational teams

What they are looking for

• University degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or Hospitality/Tourism management
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Learning Manager (Assistant Training Manager) or Training Executive in Hospitality Industry
• Proven experience in designing, implementing and evaluating training programmes
• Strong presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills
• Ability to run department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure training effectiveness and learning outcomes
