What you would do

• Manage guest bookings and transfer arrangements
• Coordinate reservations, domestic flight and speedboat transfers
• Provide accurate and timely assistance to ensure a smooth pre-arrival experience

What they are looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Reservations, preferably in a resort or hotel environment
• Preferably handle domestic transfers, including domestic flights and speedboat arrangements
• Good knowledge of Maldives domestic transfer procedures, schedules and coordination
• Experience with PMS/CRS systems and online booking platforms
• Strong communication and coordination skills with airlines, transfer providers, travel agents, and guests
• High attention to detail when managing booking and transfer information
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in English and Dhivehi; additional languages will be an advantage
