- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Degree in Marine Biology, Marine Science, Environmental Science, or a related field
- PADI Rescue Diver certification or equivalent
- Strong swimming and snorkeling skills with confidence in the water
- Good knowledge of coral reefs, marine ecosystems, marine species, and conservation practices

- Comfortable working within a luxury hospitality environment and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to live and work on a remote island in the Maldives
