What you would do

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets and services.
• Develop F&B strategies to maximize guest satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.
• Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, service, and guest experience.
• Monitor budgets, costs, forecasts, and overall F&B financial performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop F&B teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and company standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints and service issues.
• Work closely with other departments and support in achieving the resort's overall operational and commercial objectives.

What they are looking for

• 3–5 years' experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Previous senior F&B management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of F&B operations and luxury service standards.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets and drive operational excellence.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving commercial success.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Maldives or remote island resort experience is preferred.
