About the role
Oversee daily in-villa dining operations and ensure seamless, timely, and exceptional service at a luxury resort in the Maldives.

What you would do
- Supervise daily In-Villa Dining operations, ensuring seamless and timely service
- Maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction at all times
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments for smooth service execution
- Train, lead, and support the In-Villa Dining team to maintain service excellence
- Monitor guest requests and feedback and manage service recovery when required
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Manage inventory, billing accuracy, and service procedures
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations while maintaining established Food & Beverage service standards
What they are looking for
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of In-Villa Dining service standards and guest experience delivery
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and support a service team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote island environment
- Good understanding of Food & Beverage service procedures and hygiene standards
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
