About the role
Lead the Front Office team at Ayada Maldives, a luxury island resort in the Maldives, delivering warm and personalised service to guests.

What you would do
- Lead, supervise and motivate the Front Office team to achieve the highest service standards.
- Handle guest arrivals, departures, requests, complaints, and special arrangements.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and to the highest satisfaction.
- Ensure all Front Office procedures and resort policies are followed.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Liaise with transport and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest transfers and room readiness.
- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming reception and back office area.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate relevant information to the team and management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Supervisor / Assistant Front Office Manager.
What they are looking for
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office operations in a luxury resort or hotel.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel management systems.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
