What they are looking for
- Previous experience in beverage/bar management, preferably with luxury resorts
- Experience in Maldives will be preferred
- WSET 2 or equivalent wine & spirit knowledge
- Able to communicate fluently in English
- Knowledge of Russian or Chinese will be an advantage
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage comfortably with high-end guests
- Strong leadership qualities to manage a diverse team
