About the role
A professional and service-driven Reservations Agent for the luxury resort JA Manafaru in the Maldives, serving as the first point of contact for guest reservations.

What you would do
- Ensure accurate bookings and manage guest inquiries via phone and email
- Coordinate pre-arrival arrangements
- Work closely with various departments to maximise occupancy and revenue
- Provide efficient, personalised service and clear communication to ensure guest satisfaction
What they are looking for
- Previous experience in a similar role with luxury hotels/resorts
- Experience in Maldives preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Forbes and IFH service standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and confidentiality
- Advance Microsoft Office, OPERA/Protel PMS systems
