About the role
A professional and service-driven Reservations Agent to join the Reservations team at JA Manafaru, a luxury island resort in the northern Maldives.

What you would do
- Be the first point of contact for guest reservations, ensuring accurate bookings
- Manage inquiries via phone and email
- Coordinate pre-arrival arrangements
- Work closely with various departments to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Ensure guest satisfaction through efficient, personalized service and clear communication
What they are looking for
- Previous experience in a similar role with luxury hotels/resorts
- Experience in Maldives preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Forbes and IFH service standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and confidentiality
