- Strong technical competency in body and beauty therapies, with consistent and confident execution of treatment protocols
- A minimum of two years of experience as a Therapist in an ultra-luxury property
- Basic knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology
- Excellent consultation skills, with the ability to actively listen, identify guest needs and contraindications, and adapt treatments safely and intuitively
- Impeccable hygiene standards and strong attention to detail
