• Strong technical competency in body and beauty therapies, with consistent and confident execution of treatment protocols
• A minimum of two years of experience as a Therapist in an ultra-luxury property
• Basic knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology
• Excellent consultation skills, with the ability to actively listen, identify guest needs and contraindications, and adapt treatments safely and intuitively
• Impeccable hygiene standards and strong attention to detail
• A confident and ethical commercial mindset, with the ability to recommend treatments and products based on genuine guest needs
