About the role

Supports the day-to-day operations of Silver Sands' dive and water sports centres in the Maldives as part of the management team.

What you would do

• Oversee the daily operations of the dive and water sports center, ensuring a high-quality guest experience
• Assist in managing bookings, scheduling, and equipment maintenance
• Supervise and train dive center staff, ensuring compliance with PADI safety regulations and company standards
• Provide leadership in team coordination, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
• Work closely with resort partners to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery
• Maintain records, operational reports, and all necessary documentation
• Ensure compliance with PADI safety regulations, local and international diving standards

What they are looking for

• Certified PADI Dive Instructor with at least 6 years of industry experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Fluent in English and German, additional language is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Revenue and goal-driven, with a focus on growth and efficiency
• Ability to work independently while ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Experience working in multicultural environments with diverse nationalities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Highly organized with strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
