About the role
A Duty Engineer is required for Grand Park Kodhipparu, a luxury resort in the Maldives, to manage engineering operations and maintenance.

What you would do
- Troubleshoot and rectify electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and utility equipment faults
- Respond effectively to breakdowns, emergencies, and guest-related maintenance issues
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance
- Supervise technicians and coordinate daily engineering activities
What they are looking for
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong electrical and mechanical engineering background with hands-on maintenance experience
- Previous experience in hotel or resort engineering operations is highly preferred
- Good knowledge of power generation systems, pumps, motors, air conditioning systems, water treatment plants, and other resort utility systems
- Good knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
