About the role
Join Sun Siyam Olhuveli, a luxury island resort in the Maldives, as a Recreation & Welfare Coordinator to manage employee recreational activities and welfare services.

What you would do
- Coordinate, plan and lead employee recreation, sports, social events, and welfare activities.
- Manage staff recreation areas, equipment, activity schedules, and supplies.
- Gather employee feedback and recommend welfare improvements to HR management.
- Assist with staff accommodation and general welfare concerns where required.
What they are looking for
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR, employee engagement, recreation, or resort operation.
- Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to live and work on a remote resort island, including flexible hours.
