About the role
A dynamic and experienced Front Office Agent needed at Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa, an adults-only retreat in the North Malé Atoll offering overwater villas and spa experiences.

What you would do
- Assist the Front Office Manager with daily operations and ensure smooth department functioning.
- Deliver excellent guest service and handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries professionally.
- Supervise front office activities including check-in, check-out, room allocation, and reservations.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain guest privacy, room key control, and adherence to company policies and SOPs.
- Maximise room revenue through upselling and promotion of hotel services and loyalty programmes.
- Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and night audit procedures.
- Lead, support, and motivate the front office team while maintaining effective communication.
- Ensure all guest information, reports, and operational records are accurate and up to date.
- Perform duties with integrity, professionalism, and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
What they are looking for
- Additional language skills will be an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position (Maldives experience will be an added advantage).
- Must be available to join immediately.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and under pressure.
