What you would do
- Plan shows, themed events, sports and daily activity programmes
- Manage schedules, budgets, suppliers and equipment
- Promote events and coordinate with other relevant departments
What they are looking for
- Minimum 2 years experience in entertainment, recreation or guest activities ideally in a resort environment
- Ability to plan shows, themed events, sports and daily activity programmes
- Excellent guest service and communication skills with confident public speaking
- Experience managing schedules, budgets, suppliers and equipment
- Creative mindset with strong attention to guest experience and service quality
- Ability to promote events and coordinate with other relevant departments
- Familiarity with Maldivian culture and hospitality standards
- Ability to communicate confidently in English; additional languages an added advantage
