- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in 5-star Hotel / Resort
- Genuine interest in children's wellbeing, development, and enjoyment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A warm, friendly, patient, and approachable personality
- Ability to organise and conduct creative, fun, and age-appropriate activities
- Strong awareness of child safety, hygiene, and safeguarding practices
