About the role
A Guest Relation Officer is needed for the Marine Sports Centre at Grand Park Kodhipparu, a luxury resort in the Maldives, to welcome guests and assist with diving and water sports activities.

What you would do
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Attend to guests and provide accurate information about diving and water sports activities.
- Address guest complaints and escalate them to the Marine Sports Centre Manager when necessary.
- Assist guests with various tasks, including booking arrangements and taking messages.
- Handle the administration and billing of daily activities.
- Be familiar with the MICROS system.
What they are looking for
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar role at a luxury resort/hotel.
- Speaking any foreign language such as Russian would be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, courteous, and enthusiastic team player.
- Have a friendly outgoing personality and be goal oriented.
- Possess strong communication and exceptional customer service skills.
- Upselling expertise and proven reliability.
- Ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
