What you would do
- Lead the overall guest experience and ensure consistent luxury service standards
- Oversee guest relations, arrivals, departures, VIPs, repeat guests, and special occasions
- Act as a key point of contact for guest feedback, requests, and service recovery
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, Recreation, Transport, and other departments
- Monitor guest preferences and ensure personalised experiences are delivered consistently
- Support the Front Office team with operational planning, briefings, and service standards
- Coach and develop Resident Hosts / Guest Experience team members
- Review guest feedback trends and implement improvement actions
