What you would do

• Assist in overseeing daily security operations across the resort.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, Rays, visitors, and resort assets.
• Supervise and guide the Security team to maintain operational standards.
• Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and security risk assessments.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and security concerns.
• Conduct investigations and prepare accurate incident and investigation reports.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, key control, and other security systems.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures, drills, and safety initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with resort security policies and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with departments to maintain a safe and secure resort environment.

What they are looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years Security experience, including a supervisory role within a five-star luxury resort or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, investigations, and emergency response.
• Experience in CCTV monitoring, access control, and incident management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies.
• Relevant Security, First Aid, Fire Safety, or similar certification preferred.
