About the role
Supervise the daily cleaning and maintenance of all public areas at a luxury island resort in Meemu Atoll, Maldives.

What you would do
- Supervise the daily cleaning and maintenance of all public areas, including lobby, restaurants, walkways, public washrooms, pool areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor Public Area Attendants to ensure high standards of cleanliness and productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas and ensure any deficiencies are promptly addressed.
- Prepare and coordinate daily work assignments and cleaning schedules.
- Ensure cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies are used correctly and safely.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of cleaning supplies and equipment.
What they are looking for
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience as a public area attendant.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, housekeeping standards, and cleaning chemicals.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on cleanliness and presentation.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and in tropical weather conditions.
- Experience in the Maldives resort industry is preferred but not required.
