About the role
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of projects through effective administration, coordination and documentation at Soneva Jani.

What you would do
- Assist with project activities, meetings, reports, records and schedules
- Facilitate communication between team members and key stakeholders
- Ensure project requirements and timelines are effectively supported
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting notes
- Follow up on action plans and maintain accurate records
What they are looking for
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a similar role
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred, Master's Degree is an advantage
- Experience preparing and maintaining project reports, records, presentations and other project deliverables
- Strong organizational and time-management experience in managing multiple tasks and deadlines
