What you would do

• Handle guest requests and orders in an efficient and timely manner
• Provide food and beverage menu recommendations with confidence
• Communicate with Kitchen and other operational departments to ensure smooth service
• Deliver sincere, warm, and personalised service to guests

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in In-Villa Dining, Room Service, F&B Order Taker, or similar Food & Beverage Service role, preferably in a luxury…
• Excellent telephone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of order-taking and order-placement procedures
• Good knowledge of food and beverage menus, promotions, and up-selling techniques
• Well-groomed, flexible, and team-oriented
• Good understanding of food hygiene, health and safety standards
