About the role

A detail-oriented Cost Controller is sought to join the Finance team at Noku Maldives, part of IHG's Vignette Collection, responsible for establishing and maintaining effective cost control procedures.

What you would do

• Food and beverage cost control
• Beverage cost and consumption control
• Inventory control and stock reconciliation
• Purchasing and receiving control
• Daily and monthly cost reporting
• Menu and recipe costing
• POS and PMS transaction verification
• Outlet control and spot checks
• Wastage, spoilage and breakage monitoring
• Staff meals, staff discounts and complimentary consumption control

What they are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Opera
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
