- Minimum 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in the Maldives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous operational experience in hospitality or other departments is an added advantage
- Maldivian candidates preferred
