What they are looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, PR, or luxury hospitality operations
• Experience within a luxury resort, hotel, or lifestyle brand environment is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience assisting with brand activations, events, launches, and seasonal campaigns
• Experience coordinating with Corporate Sales, Marketing, PR, Commercial, and Digital teams
• Exposure to trade shows, sales calls, client visits, influencer stays, and media activities is an advantage
