A results-driven Sales Manager to join the Sales & Marketing Department at Noku Maldives by Vignette Collection, responsible for driving revenue growth and implementing effective sales strategies.

What you would do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and event planners.
• Negotiate and finalise sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions for the resort.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and sales collateral.
• Train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
• Manage and monitor the sales budget, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

What they are looking for

• At least 2 years of sales experience in the same position, preferably in luxury resorts in remote locations or Maldives resorts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on delivering outcomes and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in handling Chinese Market will be added advantage.
