What you would do

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and risk assessments
• Lead, train, motivate, and develop a multicultural security team while maintaining high service standards
• Manage incidents, investigations, crisis response, and emergency preparedness
• Communicate and collaborate effectively across all departments and with guests professionally

What they are looking for

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Safety & Security leadership role within a luxury resort or five-star hotel environment
• Degree or professional qualification in Security Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Risk Management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Maldivian laws and regulations, fire life safety systems, emergency response procedures, and health & safety standards
• Proven experience in incident management, investigations, crisis response, and emergency preparedness
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and emergency call-outs when required
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage
